Se la scelta ricade sul menu di pesce, le aspettative sono ampiamente soddisfatte: materia prima di ottima qualità, trattata con la giusta delicatezza. Consigliatissima la lunga serie di antipasti freddi e caldi, dalle classiche insalate di mare, ai crudi, ai pastellati, nei raffinatissimi abbinamenti con frutta e ortaggi (banditi gli intigoli superflui, il pesce rimane rigorosamente protagonista del piatto). L' impostazione dei primi è più tradizionale. Grigliata mista da prendere in considerazione. L' esperienza di gusto diventa anche contemplativa, accompagnata da un servizio armonioso, empatico e professionale, in grado di intercettare ed orientare le preferenze del cliente.
